摘要
目的:观察整体护理在注意缺陷与多动障碍(ADHD)患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取60例ADHD患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施整体护理,比较两组护理前后数字划消测验(NCT)结果、Conners父母症状问卷评分、父母对ADHD知识知晓水平、儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)评分及简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分。结果:观察组护理后NCT划对个数明显多于对照组,漏划和划错个数明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后品行问题、学习问题、心身障碍、冲动-多动、焦虑和多动指数评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿父母护理后对ADHD主要临床表现、发病影响因素、诊疗及护理方法、常用药物服用方法、预后等知识知晓水平评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后SCARED评分明显低于对照组,SF-36各维度评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理应用在注意缺陷与多动障碍患儿中,可提高患儿父母疾病知识知晓率,改善患儿康复效果,减轻负性情绪,提高生命质量的效果优于单纯常规护理效果。
Objective:To observe application effects of holistic nursing in children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods:60 children with ADHD were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group used the holistic nursing based on that of the control group.Then,the results of the number cancellation test(NCT),Conners parental symptom questionnaire score,parents’knowledge level of ADHD,the Screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED)score and 36-item short-form health status survey(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:After the nursing,The corrected numbers of NCT the observation group were significantly more than those in the control group,the missed and wrong numbers were significantly less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the conduct problems,learning problems,psychosomatic disorders,impulsivity-hyperactivity,anxiety and hyperactivity index scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).the scores of the parents’knowledge on ADHD main clinical manifestations,influencing factors,diagnosis and treatment,nursing methods,commonly used drug taking methods,and prognosis of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the nursing,the SCARED score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the score of each dimension in SF-36 was significantly higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The holistic nursing for the children with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder can improve the awareness rate of the parents’disease knowledge,improve the rehabilitation effects of the children,reduce the negative emotions and improve the quality of life.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
