摘要
目的:观察超声引导下穿刺介入治疗肾囊肿患者的效果。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年5月收治的70例肾囊肿患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组行腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗,观察组行超声引导下穿刺介入治疗,比较两组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、临床疗效及术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组,手术时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为97.14%,明显高于对照组的77.14%,术后并发症发生率为11.43%,明显低于对照组的31.43%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下穿刺介入治疗肾囊肿患者可提高临床总有效率、降低术后并发症发生率、减少术中出血量、缩短手术时间和住院时间,效果优于腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗效果。
Objective:To explore effects of ultrasound-guided puncture and interventional treatment of patients with renal cysts.Methods:70 patients with renal cysts admitted from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number method,35 cases in each.The control group underwent laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing,while the observation group underwent ultrasound-guided puncture and interventional treatment.Then,the intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospitalization time,clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group;the operation time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 77.14%;the postoperative complication rate was 11.43%,which was significantly lower than the control group of 31.43%;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Ultrasound-guided puncture and interventional treatment of the patients with renal cysts can improve the overall clinical effective rate,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,and shorten the operation time and hospitalization time Moreover,it is superior to laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing.
