摘要
查阅相关文献,从针刺(体针、头针、电针、耳针、芒针)、灸法、针灸结合、针药结合及综合疗法等5个方面对近年来针灸治疗中风后尿失禁的临床研究进行概述,指出针灸治疗本病疗效肯定、不良反应少,但存在取穴混乱、样本量少、疗效评价标准不一等问题,在今后研究中应针对上述问题制定最佳治疗方案,以提高临床疗效。
By consulting the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the clinical research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke in recent years from 5 aspects including acupuncture( body acupuncture,scalp acupuncture,electric acupuncture,ear acupuncture and awn acupuncture),moxibustion,acupuncture combined with moxibustion,acupuncture combined with medicines and comprehensive therapy. It is pointed out that acupuncture has definite curative effect and less adverse reactions,but there are some problems such as disordered acupoint selection,less sample size and different evaluation standards of curative effect. In the future research,the optimal treatment scheme should be developed to improve the clinical curative effect.
