摘要
通过回顾海上风电的国家政策发展历程来解析中国海上风电发展现状,即海上风电发展已经进入高速发展期和窗口期;然后结合中国风能资源的优势及国家政策方向分析中国海上风电的发展趋势,即风机大容量化,风场规模化,深水风电示范化、商业化。
By reviewing the development process of national policies for offshore wind power,this paper analyzed the current situation of China's offshore wind power development,that was,the development of offshore wind power had entered a high-speed development period and window period;then,combined with the advantages of China's wind energy resources and the direction of national policies,it analyzed the development trend of China's offshore wind power,they were large capacity of wind turbines,large-scale wind field,demonstration and commercialization of deep-water wind power.
