水力压裂切顶卸压技术在煤峪口矿8712工作面的应用研究 被引量:14

摘要 为解决煤峪口矿11-12#合并煤层工作面末采阶段主回撤通道围岩破坏严重的问题,综合运用现场矿压监测、数值模拟及理论分析等方法,研究表明,11-12#合并煤层顶板为坚硬难垮顶板,超前支承压力影响导致主回撤通道变形严重,采用水力压裂切顶卸压技术能够有效的减小超前支承压力对主回撤通道的影响,依据8712工作面具体的开采技术条件设计水力压裂钻孔的参数,切顶后工作面末采期间,回撤通道回采帮未出现明显的矿压显现,顶底板移近量最大为67mm,煤柱帮位移量最大为46mm,主回撤通道围岩的稳定性良好,取得了良好的应用效果和经济效益。 In order to solve the serious problem of surrounding rock failure in the main retracement channel at the end of mining face of 11-12#coal seam in coal bilge mine,comprehensive application of on-site mine pressure monitoring,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis shows that 11-12#The coal seam roof is a hard and difficult roof.The influence of the leading bearing pressure causes the main retracement channel to be seriously deformed.The hydraulic fracturing and topping pressure relief technology can effectively reduce the influence of the leading bearing pressure on the main retracement channel.The specific mining technical conditions are used to design the parameters of hydraulic fracturing drilling.After the cutting,the working face is at the end mining stage,and the retracement channel is not returned to the mining.There is no obvious mine pressure.The maximum amount of the top and bottom plates is 67mm.The maximum is 46mm,and the stability of the surrounding rock of the main retracement channel is good,and good application results and economic benefits have been achieved.
