摘要
为了提高工作面煤柱回采量,减少巷道掘进量,店坪煤矿对202工作面决定采用沿空留巷无煤柱回采工艺,对沿空留巷段提出了聚能爆破切顶卸压施工,并采取“恒阻大变形锚索吊棚+支设单体柱+安装挡矸装置”联合支护,工作面回采后通过煤柱回采量、巷道掘进量以及地表塌陷对比分析无煤柱回采可行性。
In order to increase the recovery of coal pillars and reduce the roadway excavation,Dianping Coal Mine decided to adopt the gob-side retaining roadway without Coal Pillars Mining Technology in 202 working face,put forward the roof-cutting and pressure-relief construction of the gob-side retaining roadway by energy-accumulating blasting,and adopted the combined support of"constant resistance and large deformation anchor cable hanging shed+supporting single pillar+installing gangue retaining device".After mining,the feasibility of pillar-free mining is analyzed by comparing the coal pillar recovery,roadway excavation and surface subsidence.
