摘要
柔性直流输电技术在国内外得到广泛应用,其容量和电压等级也在逐步提高。柔性直流换流阀通常采用功率模块级联方案,每个桥臂级联的功率模块数量众多,投运后会出现部分功率模块故障现象。传统的功率模块测试装置功能有限,测试效率低并且测试准确性不高。本文提出了一种改进型功率模块测试装置方案。该方案具有功能多、自动化程度高和测试准确率高等优点。
MMC-HVDC is widely used at home and abroad,its capacity and voltage level are gradually increasing.MMC-HVDC usually adopts the power module series connection scheme.There are many power modules in series for each bridge arm,and some power module failures will occur after putting into operation.The traditional power module test device has limited functions,low testing efficiency and low testing accuracy.This article proposes an improved power module test device,which has many functions,high automation and high test accuracy.
