摘要
装配式建筑的发展对推动建造方式革新意义重大,BIM技术的助力有助于装配式建筑的快速发展。根据装配式建筑的特点,阐述BIM技术在装配式建筑的施工准备、施工模拟以及动态施工管理方面的具体应用特点及流程,为BIM技术在装配式建筑施工中的推广奠定基础。
The development of prefabricated buildings is of great significance to the innovation of construction methods,and the assistance of BIM technology is conducive to the rapid development of prefabricated buildings.According to the characteristics of prefabricated buildings,this paper elaborates the specific application characteristics and procedures of BIM technology in construction preparation,construction simulation and dynamic construction management of prefabricated buildings,laying a foundation for the promotion of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings.
