摘要
近年来,无创正压通气治疗(NIPPV)被广泛应用于临床,用以提高COPD患者的治疗效果。然而,在呼吸机的应用过程中存在患者不依从的情况,患者无法耐受NIPPV,提前终止治疗,导致NIPPV治疗效果不理想。本文从无创呼吸机在COPD患者中的应用、影响NIPPV治疗依从性的因素及护理对策等方面进行综述,为提高NIPPV依从性,改善COPD患者治疗效果提供参考。
In recent years,non-invasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV)has been widely used in clinical practice to improve the therapeutic effect of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).However,there is non-compliance in patients during the application of the ventilator.The patients cannot tolerate NIPPV and terminates treatment in advance,resulting in unsatisfactory NIPPV treatment.This article reviews the application of non-invasive ventilator in COPD patients,the factors that affect the compliance of NIPPV treatment and nursing countermeasures,in order to provide references for improving NIPPV compliance as well as the therapeutic effect of COPD patients.
