摘要
糖尿病已经成为社会普遍关心的健康问题,受到了人们越来越多的关注。糖尿病患者如果血糖水平长期控制不佳,容易引发多种严重并发症,对患者的身体健康和生命安全造成了严重危害。饮食治疗作为糖尿病治疗的重要组成部分,可以有效配合药物治疗,取得更好的治疗效果。而在糖尿病长期治疗过程中,有效的护理措施有助于提高糖尿病患者对疾病知识的掌握程度,提高患者的治疗依从性和自我护理能力。因此近些年人们对于糖尿病饮食治疗和护理干预关注程度越来越高,很多专家和学者开展了大量的研究工作,取得了很多新认识新进展。本文将这些研究进展进行综述,以期为临床糖尿病的治疗提供借鉴依据。
Diabetes has become a health problem of general concern in the society,and people are paying more and more attention to it.If the blood glucose level of patients with diabetes is not well controlled for a long time,they are likely to cause a variety of serious complications,which will seriously harm their health and life safety.As an important part of the treatment of diabetes,dietary treatment can effectively cooperate with drug therapy to achieve better therapeutic effect.In the long-term treatment of diabetes,effective nursing measures can help improve the knowledge of diabetes patients,improve their treatment compliance and self-care ability.Therefore,people pay more and more attention to diabetic dietary treatment and nursing intervention in recent years.Many experts and scholars have carried out a lot of research work and made a lot of new understanding and progress.In order to provide reference basis for the treatment of clinical diabetes,this paper summarizes the research progress as follows.
