摘要
近些年高血压合并糖尿病患者的数量越来越多,已经引起了社会的广泛关注。目前临床对于高血压合并糖尿病尚无彻底有效的根治方法,主要依靠长期服用药物将患者的血压和血糖水平控制在合理范围内。但是在长期治疗过程中,患者的治疗依从性容易下降,进而影响了疾病的治疗效果。因此通过采取积极有效的护理措施来提高患者的治疗依从性,对疾病的治疗具有重要意义。近些年很多专家学者关于高血压合并糖尿病的护理工作开展了大量的理论和临床实践研究,并取得了丰富的成果。本文对这些研究进展进行综述,以期为临床高血压合并糖尿病患者的护理提供借鉴依据。
In recent years,the number of patients with hypertensi on complicated with diabetes mellitus is increasing,which has attracted widespread attention of society.At present,there is no thorough and effective cure method for hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus.It mainly depends on taking drugs for a long time to control the blood pressure and blood sugar level in a reasonable range.However,in the long-term treatment process,patients’treatment compliance tends to decline,which affects the treatment effect on the disease.Therefore,it is of great significance for the treatment of diseases to take active and effective nursing measures to improve patients’treatment compliance.In recent years,many experts and scholars have carried out a lot of theoretical and clinical practice research on the nursing of hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus,and have achieved rich results.In this paper,the research progress is summarized,in order to provide reference basis for clinical nursing of patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus.
