摘要
创伤性颅脑损伤致死率、致残率较高,是严重威胁人类健康的疾病之一。在发生创伤性颅脑损伤时,脑实质及脑血管不可避免地造成了损伤,然而造成死亡的重要原因却是损伤后的一段时间内发生的"二次损伤"。髓过氧化物酶(MPO)是中性粒细胞活化的标志,通过早期炎症反应、破坏血脑屏障、破坏细胞及组织、加重微循环障碍、造成损伤后脑水肿等多种途径参与并破坏损伤区域及周围脑组织结构和功能的完整性,并且在整个过程中形成了多个相互影响、相互促进的恶性循环,使得颅脑损伤不断扩大。MPO在颅脑损伤后的"二次损伤"过程中发挥了重要的作用。本文针对颅脑损伤后MPO所介导的"二次损伤"机制相关研究进展和研究前景进行综述。
Traumatic brain injury has high morbidity and disability rate and is one of the diseases that threatens human health seriously.When traumatic brain injury occurs,the damage to the brain parenchyma and cerebrovascular is inevitable.However,the important cause of death is the"secondary injury"that happens in a period of time after traumatic brain injury.Myeloperoxidase(MPO)is a sign of neutrophil activation.MPO takes part in and destroys the injury area and the completeness of the surrounding brain tissue’s structure and function through early inflammatory reaction,breaking the blood-brain barrier,damaging cells and tissues,aggravating microcirculation disturbance and causing encephaledema after injury,etc.And during the whole process,MPO forms many vicious circles of mutual influence and promotion,which makes brain injury expand continuously.MPO plays an important role in the process of"secondary injury"after traumatic brain injury.In this paper,the related research progress and prospect of the mechanism of"secondary injury"mediated by MPO are reviewed.
