摘要
农业科研院所党建工作的出发点和落脚点在于围绕和服务于科技创新工作。人才是第一资源,尤其是青年科技人才,加强青年人才培养对于促进农业科技创新、实现农业现代化具有重要意义。文章阐述了农业科研院所基于青年人才培养开展党建创新的重要意义、农业科研单位基层党建与人才培养的关系,分析了基层党建与人才培养契合中存在的主要问题,并从单位党委、人事党支部、各专业所党支部三个维度提出了全院"一盘棋"及精准发力、发挥人事基层党建的桥梁纽带作用、形成专业所党建促人才培养的氛围等建议,以实现党建工作与青年人才培养工作的相互促进、协同发展。
The starting point and ending point of the basic communist party branches construction work of agricultural research institutes is to surround and serve scientific and technological innovation work.Talents is the first resource,especially young scientific and technological talents.The cultivation of young talents plays an important role in promoting agricultural scientific and technological innovation and realizing agricultural modernization.The significance of communist party branches construction innovation in agricultural research institutes to strengthen the training of young talents,the relationship between basic communist party branches construction and talent cultivation in agricultural scientific research units was expounded in the paper.Main problems in correspondence between basic communist party branches construction and talent cultivation were analyzed.Measures were put forward from the three dimensions of the party committee of the unit,the personnel basic communist party branches,and the basic communist party branches of various professional institutes of the unit,such as accurately developing the force as a unit chess,building up a"one-to-one"contacts characteristic brand of the party construction of the personnel branch,creating a mechanism for branch secretary to manage talents.All these measures will achieve the mutual promotion and coordinated development of party construction work and youth talent cultivation.
