摘要
目的观察阿普唑仑联合舍曲林治疗惊恐障碍的临床效果。方法选取2017年2月-2019年2月广东省河源市源城区上城社区卫生服务中心收治的惊恐障碍患者100例,根据入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用阿普唑仑联合舍曲林治疗,对照组采用舍曲林治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效及治疗前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分。结果观察组总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的74.00%(χ^2=11.481,P<0.01);治疗后,2组患者HAMA评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论阿普唑仑联合舍曲林治疗惊恐障碍效果较好,可改善患者负面情绪,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of alprazolam combined with sertraline in the treatment of panic disorder.Methods 100 patients with panic disorder admitted to Shangcheng Community Health Service Center in Yuancheng District,Heyuan City,Guangdong Province from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected.According to the order of admission,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with sertraline combined with alprazolam,and the control group was treated with sertraline.The clinical efficacy and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than 74.00%of the control group(χ2=11.481,P<0.01);After treatment,the HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Alprazolam combined with sertraline has a better effect on panic disorder,can improve patients’negative emotions,and has clinical application value.
