重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合纳米银医用抗菌敷料治疗Ⅱ级Ⅲ级糖尿病足疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合纳米银医用抗菌敷料治疗Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级糖尿病足的临床疗效.方法将82例Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级糖尿病足患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例.对照组给予雷夫诺尔联合甲硝唑治疗,观察组给予重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合纳米银医用抗菌敷料治疗,统计并比较两组临床疗效及出现明显肉芽时间、创面愈合时间.结果观察组总有效率为87.8%,对照组为61.0%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01).观察组出现明显肉芽时间及创面愈合时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.01).结论重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合纳米银医用抗菌敷料治疗Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级糖尿病足疗效确切,可促进肉芽生长,缩短患者创面愈合时间. Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with nano-silver medical antibacterial dressing on the treatment of gradeⅡandⅢdiabetic foot.Methods A total of 82 patients with grade II and III diabetic foot were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,41 cases each.The control group was treated with Revnoll+metronidazole,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel+nano silver medical antibacterial dressing.The clinical efficacy and the time of obvious granulation and wound healing time were calculated and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 87.8%and that in the control group was 61.0%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Obvious granulation time and wound healing time were significantly shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with nano-silver medical antibacterial dressing can promote the growth of granulation tissue in patients with grade II and III diabetic foot,improve the curative effect and shorten the healing time of wound.
