摘要
目的分析护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者维持性血液透析的影响。方法选取从2017年2月—2019年6月收治于该院的86例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,根据护理方案分成常规护理的对照组(n=43),与优质护理干预的观察组(n=43),比较两组患者临床治疗依从性以及并发症出现情况。结果观察组患者在血液透析过程中体重增加大于1kg的情况为3例,比率是6.97%;对照组患者为此类情况的有7例,比率是16.30%,观察组患者体重控制效果高于对照组患者。并且观察组在一个月完成大于3次透析治疗的为42例,比率是97.67%,对照组患者为此类情况的有35例,比率是81.40%,两组进行对比,观察组患者治疗依从性显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出现低血压、心律失常、心力衰竭和心肌梗死的几率显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组患者在血液透析之间尚未出现死亡事件。结论优质化护理模式对糖尿病肾病患者维持性血液透析的影响显著,可以改善患者的预后治疗,提高患者对治疗依从性,降低患者并发症的出现几率,值得在临床医学中推广和使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on maintenance hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 86 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to June2019 were selected as research subjects.According to the nursing plan,they were divided into the control group of routine care(n=43)and the observation group of high-quality nursing intervention(n=43),compared the clinical treatment compliance and the occurrence of complications between the two groups of patients.Results There were 3 cases of patients with weight gain greater than 1 kg during the hemodialysis process in the observation group,with a ratio of 6.97%;7 cases of patients in the control group with such conditions,the rate was 16.30%,and the effect of weight control in the observation group was higher than patients in the control group.And in the observation group,42 patients completed more than three dialysis treatments in one month,the rate was 97.67%,in the control group,there were 35 cases of this kind,the rate was 81.40%.The two groups were compared,and the patients in the observation group had significant compliance,greater than the control group,P<0.05,being statistically significant;the observation group was significantly less likely to have hypotension,arrhythmia,heart failure,and myocardial infarction than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant P<0.05;no deaths have occurred between dialysis.Conclusion The quality of nursing model has a significant effect on maintenance hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy,which can improve the prognosis of patients,improve patient compliance with treatment,reduce the incidence of complications,and is worth promoting and using in clinical medicine.
