摘要
基于问卷调查数据,对中小学校长教学领导力与教师工作满意度、职业倦怠的关系进行实证研究。结果发现:校长教学领导力对教师内在工作满意度和总体工作满意具有显著的正向影响,校长教学领导力越强,教师内在工作满意度和总体工作满意越高;校长教学领导力对教师情绪衰竭具有显著的负面影响,即校长教学领导力的增强,可以减缓教师的情绪衰竭;对教师去个性化也有显著的负面影响,校长教学领导力越强,教师去个性化倾向得到有效抑制。
Based on the questionnaire survey data,an empirial study was conducted on the relationship between principals'teaching leadership and teacher's job satisfaction and job burnout in primary and middle schools.The results show that the principals'teaching leadership has a significantly positive impact on teachers'intermal job satisfaction and overall job satisfaction,that is,the stronger principals'teaching leadership,the higher teachers'intemal job satisfaction and overall job satisfaction;and principals’teaching leadership has a significantly negative imnpact on teachers'emotional exhaustion,that is,the enhancement of principals’teaching leadership can slow down teachers'emotional exhaustion;it also has a sigmificantly negative impact on teachers’de-individualization,that is,the stronger principals'teaching leadership is,the more effective the suppress of the tendency of teachers'de-individualization is.
