富水深厚砂层中的五轴水泥土搅拌桩支护施工技术 被引量:4

摘要 为提高富水深厚砂层水泥土搅拌桩止水帷幕的止水效果,提出水泥土搅拌桩在施工中采用五轴水泥土搅拌桩代替双轴、三轴水泥土搅拌桩的方案。利用强制搅拌式五轴水泥土搅拌桩“两喷两搅”施工工艺,有效解决了水泥土搅拌桩在富水砂层中成桩质量差、止水帷幕效果不佳等问题,并通过在成桩后向桩内插入钢管,有效提高了止水帷幕的侧向抗压能力,使得止水桩可兼作挡土桩(墙)。在佛山维尚新零售综合体项目基坑支护工程中,应用水泥土搅拌桩新方案进行施工,取得了良好的支护效果,可为类似工程施工提供参考。 To improve the water-stopping effect of the waterproof curtain of cement soil mixing pile in the water-rich thick sandy stratum, the scheme of using five axis cement soil mixing pile in stead of two axis or three axis ceme nt soil mixing piles in the con structio n is put forward. By the con structio n tech no logy of "two sprays and two stirs" of the forced mixing five axis cement soil mixing pile, the problems such as the poor pile-forming quality of cement soil mixing pile in the water-rich thick sandy stratum and poor effect of the waterproof curtain are effectively solved. By inserting steel pipe into the pile after forming, the lateral compressive capacity of waterproof curtain is effectively improved, so that the water stopping pile can also be used as retaining pile (wall). In the foundation pit support project of Foshan Weishang new retail complex project, the new scheme is applied to the construction and good supporting effect is achieved, which can provide referenee for similar engineering construction.
