摘要
介绍了国内首台165 MW机组自动同步离合器的研制,重点介绍了单轴机组用自动同步离合器的技术要求、设计方案、出厂试验方法和验收标准,并介绍了其首台套应用情况。应用结果表明,国产离合器各项指标良好,满足设计要求。
The research and development of the synchro-self-shifting(SSS)clutch first used in 165MW unit in China is presented,and the technical requirements,design scheme,test method and factory acceptance standard of the SSS clutch for single shaft unit are emphasized.The application of its first set is also given.The application results show that every index of the homemade clutch is satisfying and can meet the design requirements.
