摘要 随着时代的进步和经济的发展,我国人民的生活水平和生活质量越来越高,各种美食层出不穷,如蛋糕、面包、沙拉酱等,随之而来的健康问题也越来越多。很多受人们欢迎的食品中都含有反式脂肪酸,而过高地摄入反式脂肪酸会增加人们患病的风险,不符合健康中国行动指南的要求。因此从反式脂肪酸的来源、危害以及控制措施入手,以期保障人们的饮食健康。 With the progress of the times and the development of the economy, the living standards and quality of life of people were higher and higher, and various foods emerged in endlessly, such as cakes, breads, salad dressings and others, and there are more and more health problems. Many foods whichwere popular in people contained trans fatty acids, and excessive intake of trans fatty acids could increase the risk of people suffering from diseases, and it did not meet the requirements of the Healthy China Action Guidelines. Therefore, this article started with the source, harm and control measures of trans fatty acids, and people’s healthy diet was guaranteed.
