摘要
以中车株洲电力机车车体车间地坪改造为例,介绍硬质骨料砂浆型耐磨地坪在地面改造项目中的应用。围绕砂浆型耐磨地坪在德国工业标准中的定义及在本项目中的具体施工过程进行阐述,从如何进行充分的基层处理、界面砂浆对地坪附着力的保障、耐磨砂浆的搅拌与摊铺、控制完工面平整度、最后的液体硬化剂研磨及抛光等施工的技术难点、要点等方面,与广大地坪技术同仁进行交流。
In this paper,taking the floor renovation of the car body shop project in CRRC Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co.,Ltd.as an example,the application of hard aggregate cementitious hardener floor in the floor renovation project was introduced.The definition of hard aggregate cementitious hardener floor in the German industrial standard DIN and the specific construction process of this renovation project were explained,from how to carry out sufficient surface treatment,adhesion achievment by bonding slurry,mixing and pouring of hard aggregate mortar on site,leveling control of finish,final liquid hardening with grinding and polishing etc.,communicate with the majority of floor technical collagues.
