摘要
目的 分析超声联合针灸治疗脑梗塞的临床效果及对相关指标的影响.方法 选取我院收治的46例脑梗塞患者,随机将其分为对照组(23例,超声治疗)和观察组(23例,超声+针灸治疗).比较两组的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平及NIHSS、Fugl-Meyer评分均优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的治疗总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的82.61%(P<0.05).结论 超声联合针灸治疗脑梗塞的临床效果显著,能够有效调节患者的血脂,改善其神经与运动功能.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ultrasound combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its influence on related indexes.Methods A total of 46 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(23 cases,ultrasound treatment)and observation group(23 cases,ultrasound+acupuncture treatment).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,the scores of NIHSS and Fugl-Meyer in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.61%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral infarction has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively adjust the patients'blood lipid and improve nerve and motor function.
