摘要
乡村学校承担着乡村基础教育的重任,是振兴乡村教育的基础支撑。乡村学校教师队伍建设的成效不仅直接影响乡村基础教育的质量,而且对国家基础教育的质量有着重要影响。本文通过对豫西地区乡村学校师资队伍的现状进行调查,收集了关于豫西地区部分乡村学校师资队伍建设情况的信息,评价了其师资队伍质量,阐述了师资队伍建设过程中存在的问题,并给出具有针对性的对策和建议。
Rural schools are responsible for basic rural education and are the basic support for revitalizing rural education.The effectiveness of the construction of rural school teachers not only directly affects the quality of rural basic education,but also has an important impact on the quality of national basic education.By investigating the current situation of teachers in rural schools in western He'nan,this paper collected some information on the status of them,evaluated the quality of them,explained the problems in the process of improving their quality,and proposed targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
