摘要
信息化在促进教育治理现代化中起到技术支撑的作用。文章从信息化支持多元主体参与、教育公共服务的“流程再造”和教育的“科学决策”三个方面分析了信息化对促进教育治理现代化的价值,从技术视角分析了信息化促进教育治理现代化中存在的问题:信息技术尚未达到足够成熟的程度、信息技术应用尚未达到足够普及的程度,以及信息技术应用体制不健全。由此,提出转变观念、做好顶层设计、做好制度建设三条政策建议。
Informatization plays a technical supporting role in promoting the modernization of educational governance.This paper analyzes the value of information technology in promoting the modernization of educational governance from three aspects:supporting the participation of multiple subjects,the"process reengineering"of educational public service and the"scientific decision-making"of education.From the perspective of technology,the paper analyzes the problems in promoting the modernization of educational governance:the information technology has not reached the level of sufficient maturity,and the application of information technology has not reached the level of sufficient maturity enough popularization,and the application system of information technology is not sound.Therefore,three policy suggestions were put forwarded:changing the concept,doing the top-level design,and doing the system construction well.
