摘要
分析城市开发的历史和主体类型,总结城市综合开发运营的内涵及实践。以中交城投实践为例,梳理中交城投在城市开发运营业务实践中的早期模式、南沙模式、奉化模式以及PPP模式。最后从经济、法律和管理等方面比较不同模式的优劣势和适用性,为城市开发建设同业提供参考。
This paper analyzes the history and main types of urban development,and summarizes the connotation of urban comprehensive development and operation.Then,combs the early model,Nansha model,Fenghua model and PPP model formed by CCCCUI in the practice of urban development and operation.Finally,compares the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of different models from economic,legal and management aspects,in order to provide reference for the comprehensive urban development in China.
