摘要 基于BIM技术发展的应用现状,分析BIM技术应用的瓶颈,提出由感知层、控制处理层、应用层的三层结构组成的BIM+物联网的智能建造综合管理系统。通过构建"可插拔"式集成应用的数据输入平台,基于AI、大数据、云处理技术的数据处理平台和基于数字化运行的智能操作终端,执行数字化建造和运维管理,应用于传统建造方式的数字化升级和构建全新的无人化施工系统,最终实现全智能化建造方式。 Based on development status of BIM technology,the practical applications of BIM technology on the areas of building design,construction and management are stated in present paper.The shortages of BIM technology have also been analyses.An integrated smart construction management system based on BIM+IOT system consisted of sensor layer,control layer and application layer is introduced in present paper.Based in three main parts,"Pluggable"integrated applications system,information management system based on AI,great data,cloud system and construction robot technologies,the digital construction and maintenance management can be performed.The whole intelligent construction can be proposed by means of application on digital promotion of traditional construction methods and build new automatic construction methods.
