摘要
为了研究CFG桩在四川广安至南充地区公路工程的适用性,研究了CFG桩的混凝土配合比,保持集料用量不变确定了水泥与粉煤灰的用量,在保证性能的基础上研究了煤矸石的最佳用量。结果表明:CFG桩混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度随水泥用量的增加而增加,抗压强度增幅较为稳定,而抗折强度增幅随水泥用量的增加而降低,应通用折压比确定水泥用量。CFG桩混凝土抗压强度、抗折强随着煤矸石用量的增加而减小,煤矸石替换集料用量不应超过495 kg/m3,提出了满足设计要求与经济性的配合比和施工控制要点。
In order to study the applicability of CFG piles in the highway project from Guang’an to Nanchong,Sichuan Province,the concrete mix ratio of CFG piles was studied,the amount of cement and fly ash was determined while keeping the aggregate amount unchanged,and the best dosage of coal gangue was studied on the basis of guaranteed performance. The results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of CFG pile concrete increase with the increase of the amount of cement,and the compressive strength increase is relatively stable,while the increase of the flexural strength decreases with the increase of the amount of cement,and the general compression ratio should be used to determine the amount of cement. The compressive strength and flexural strength of CFG pile concrete decrease with the increase of the amount of coal gangue. The amount of coal gangue replacement aggregate should not exceed 495 kg/m3. The mix ratio and construction control points that meet the design requirements and economy are proposed.
