基于数值模拟的注塑模具设计与工艺参数分析

摘要 考虑到注塑加工中材料成型的变化较为复杂,注塑模具在设计时需要考虑更多因素。因此,提出基于数值模拟的注塑模具设计与工艺参数分析,建立模具设计函数,模拟设计中的模具指数,采用数值模拟来模拟模具的约束条件,参照模拟结果,对注塑模具进行设计、调整设计方案。同时考虑到模具的生产结果,对于模具的工艺参数进行数值模拟,对模具的刚粘塑性进行分析,分析模具的热力耦合。考虑到模具的使用寿命,建立模具的抗磨损模型,通过工艺参数的模拟分析,为模具设计环节提供更多的数据支持。 Considering the complex changes of material forming in injection molding,more factors need to be considered in the design of injection mold.Therefore,based on the numerical simulation of the injection mold design and process parameter analysis,it should establish the mold design function,simulate the mold index in the design,use the numerical simulation to simulate the constraints of the mold,refer to the simulation results,design and adjust the design plan of the injection mold.At the same time,considering the production results of the mold,the process parameters of the mold are numerically simulated,the rigid viscoplasticity of the mold is analyzed,the thermo mechanical coupling of the mold is analyzed,the service life of the mold is considered,the anti-wear model of the mold is established,and more data support is provided for the mold design through the simulation and analysis of the process parameters.
