摘要
为了将虚拟试验技术试验成本低和试验周期短等优点与多维随机振动试验模拟试验件工作状态真实的优势相结合,提出一种多维随机振动虚拟试验方法。针对某一模拟弹试验场景,建立了包含振动台机电模型与模拟弹有限元模型的多维随机振动虚拟试验系统,并通过实物试验验证虚拟试验系统的可靠性。最后利用虚拟试验系统,对不同工况下的试验效果进行预示,可以为振动试验中控制点选取和优化配置提供参考。
In order to combine the advantages of virtual testing,such as saving test cost and shortening test cycle,with multi-dimensional random vibration test that can simulate the test article’s working condition more truly,a multi-dimensional random vibration virtual test method is proposed.For a simulation missile test scenario,a multi-dimensional random vibration virtual test system is established,which includes the electromechanical model of the vibration table and the finite element model of the missile.The reliability of the virtual test system is verified by physical tests.Finally,the virtual test system is used to predict the test results under different working conditions,which can provide reference for the selection and optimization of control points in vibration test.
