摘要
为了解决导弹武器开放式架构电气系统高度集成化后带来的故障监测问题,提出了一种基于独立自测试的电气系统监测系统设计方法,该方法应用机内测试的设计思路,在电气系统中设计了独立的监测功能与流程,并提出了一种基于模糊深度学习的故障识别方法,经故障注入测试,基于模糊深度学习的数据诊断方法具有较高的故障识别准确率。导弹武器独立自监测系统在不额外增加电气设备的约束下提升了导弹武器的测试性。
In order to solve the problem of fault monitoring brought about by the highly integrated open-architecture electrical system of missile weapon,a method of monitoring system based on independent self-test is proposed.This method applies the design ideas of in-machine testing,and designs independent monitoring functions and processes,and a fault recognition method based on fuzzy deep learning is proposed.After fault injection testing,the data diagnosis method based on fuzzy deep learning has a high accuracy of fault recognition.The missile weapon independent self-monitoring system improves the testability of missile weapons without the additional constraints of electrical equipment.
