摘要 火箭总体结构设计既要满足给定的技术要求,又要对后续结构详细设计阶段提供准确合理的指标。总体结构方案合理与否将影响总体方案的质量与后续设计环节的工作量。针对火箭总体设计阶段的结构设计流程进行梳理,提出了一套面向总体方案快速论证的结构快速评估与优化设计流程。并提出了与之匹配的基于梁模型的火箭通用结构快速建模方法和等效外载荷边界条件计算方法,并基于此建立了火箭总体结构快速评估与优化设计软件平台,实现自动化火箭结构校核与优化设计。实例测试表明,火箭总体结构快速评估与优化设计平台能够快速评估总体结构方案的可行性并进一步优化结构方案可让原始方案结构质量减轻20%左右,具有一定的准确性与实用性。 The overall design of the rocket structure should not only fully meet the given technical requirements,but also provide accurate and reasonable indicators for the detailed design of the structure.The rationality of the overall scheme of the structure will directly affect the quality of the whole overall scheme and the workload.From the perspective of the overall design,a quick procedure of evaluation and optimization design of rocket structure in the stage of overall design is put forward.Then the generalized method of establishing rocket structure model and calculating load boundary conditions is proposed to match this procedure.In order to implement this procedure automatically,a software platform for evaluation and optimization of rocket structure has been designed.Finally,the test results show that the platform of rapid evaluation and optimization design of the rocket overall structure can quickly evaluate the feasibility of the overall structure scheme and further optimize the structure scheme.It decreased the mass of structure by around 20%,which has certain accuracy and practicability.
