杭州市古荡社区高血压患者心血管风险评估与肾脏损害相关性分析

摘要 2018年杭州市登记高血压患者数已达87万,高血压高危人群管理人数已近13万[1].杭州市西湖区古荡街道慢病系统登记管理的高血压人数为5 313人.肾脏是高血压损害的主要靶器官[2],若不及时干预可出现尿蛋白,肌酐升高甚至尿毒症等肾脏疾病[3],严重影响患者生存及生活质量,给家庭及社会带来沉重负担.本次研究采用China-PAR 10年风险预测模型[4]进行心血管疾病风险评估,并将高血压患者心血管风险评估分值与肾脏损害进行相关性分析,为临床预测心血管风险及评估肾脏损害提供参考依据.
