摘要
目的探讨早期目标镇静对无创正压通气患者预后的影响。方法选取2016年11月~2019年7月我院收诊的110例无创正压通气患者为研究对象,等距抽样法分为对照组与观察组,每组55例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用常规治疗+早期目标镇静,比较两组无创正压通气患者的平均住院天数、通气时长、血气指标与不良反应情况。结果观察组无创正压通气患者的平均住院天数(9.46±0.52)d、通气时长(103.56±15.58)h、PaCO2(42.70±3.97)mmHg、PaO2(86.58±6.44)mmHg,谵妄、心动过缓等不良反应的总发生率(5.45%)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期目标镇静可改善无创正压通气患者的血气情况,并能对其安全性、恢复状况产生良性影响,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of early target sedation on the prognosis of patients with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation.Methods 110 non-invasive positive pressure ventilation patients admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by isometric sampling method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with conventional treatment and early target sedation.The average length of hospital stay,ventilation duration,blood gas index and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The average hospital stay(9.46±0.52)days,the duration of ventilation(103.56±15.58)h,PaCO2(42.70±3.97)mmHg,PaO2(86.58±6.44)mmHg,the overall incidence of adverse reactions(5.45%)such as delirium,bradycardia in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early target sedation can improve the blood gas condition of patients with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation,and can have a positive impact on their safety and recovery status,which is worthy of promotion.
