摘要
以自制的钛硅分子筛TS-R为催化剂,用质量分数为30%的过氧化氢乙苯/乙苯溶液氧化1-丁烯制备1,2-环氧丁烷。考察了反应压力、反应温度、1-丁烯与过氧化氢乙苯的摩尔比、空速等对过氧化氢乙苯转化率和1,2-环氧丁烷选择性的影响,结果表明:反应压力4.5MPa、反应温度120℃、1-丁烯与过氧化氢乙苯的摩尔比14.0、过氧化氢乙苯空速0.8h^-1时,过氧化氢乙苯转化率≥98.8%,1,2-环氧丁烷选择性≥95.1%。
Using the self-made titanium silicalite (TS-R) as catalyst,the 1,2-butylene oxide was prepared by oxidation of 1-butene with ethylbenzene hydroperoxide/ethylbenzene solution of 30% mass fraction.The influence of the reaction pressure,reaction temperature,molar ratio of 1-butylene and ethylbenzene hydroperoxide,space velocity,etc.on the conversion rate of ethylbenzene hydroperoxide and the selectivity of 1,2-butylene oxide was investigated.The results show that when the reaction pressure is 4.5MPa,the reaction temperature is 120℃,the molar ratio of 1-butylene and ethylbenzene hydroperoxide is 14.0,the space velocity of ethylbenzene hydroperoxide is 0.8 h^-1,the conversion rate of ethylbenzene hydroperoxide is not less than 98.8%,and the selectivity of 1,2-butylene oxide is not less than 95.1%.
