摘要
学生满意度是评判高校教育质量的适切方法。采用PLS-SEM方法构建学生对辅导员思想政治教育满意度模型,用以衡量高校日常性思想政治教育工作的效果。实证研究的结果表明,学生满意度主要源自学生期望和价值感知的直接影响,以及学生期望和辅导员形象的间接影响。根据研究结论,提出提升辅导员思想政治教育质量的有效途径。
Students’ satisfaction is an appropriate way to judge the quality of college education. PLS-SEM method is used to construct the satisfaction model of college students’ ideological and political education to measure the effect of the daily work. The results of empirical research show that students’ satisfaction mainly comes from the direct influence of students’ expectation and value perception, as well as the indirect influence of the expectation and the image of counselors. And an effective way is put forward to improve the quality of counselors’ ideological and political education.
