摘要
高校学业预警是高校学风建设、学生学业质量的重要保证。大类培养对学生学业质量提出更高要求,也更加关注学业预警的有效性。对六所实施大类培养的"双一流"建设高校学业预警指标分析发现,当前高校多以校级学业预警为主,校级学业预警以学业成绩为判据,以退学为最终指向,在预警处理上存在滞后性。为克服校级预警的不足,提出构建院级学业预警指标体系以对校级学业预警指标进行优化和补充,并在分析校院两级学业预警实施成效的基础上,分析了实施院级学业预警对校级学业预警的补充和优化原因。
The academic warning assurance system is an important guarantee for the construction of study atmosphere and the quality of students’ academic work. Enrollment and training of students in large category puts forward higher requirements on students’ academic quality and pays more attention to the effectiveness of academic warning assurance system. Study on the academic warning assurance system of six "Double First-rate" strategic plan universities found that university-level academic warning is dominant in current universities, which takes academic performance as the criterion and dropout as the final direction. There is a certain lag in academic warning treatment. Based on this, this paper puts forward the establishment of the two-level academic warning index system and analyzes the optimization strategy of the school-level mechanism to the existing university-level mechanism.
