摘要
目的分析麻风病患者的用药情况及趋势。方法选取我院麻风病院药房2015年1月~2017年1月用于治疗麻风病患者药物处方单1278份,共涉及826例次患者。分析研究对象并发症相关疾病的诊断情况、抗菌(单一使用和联合用药)和抗炎药物(非甾体抗炎药)使用情况以及不合理用药情况。结果临床诊断发病较多的为麻风溃疡、上呼吸道感染及神经痛,使用抗菌药物患者共826例次,其中使用单一药物治疗占抗菌药物治疗的79.30%,联合用药占20.70%;使用抗炎镇痛药物较多的为麻风溃疡(55.21%)、关节损伤(32.43%)及麻风眼病(12.36%);共有92例次患者出现用药不合理情况,占总数的11.13%,其中用药剂量不合理情况最多。结论麻风病院患者的用药主要集中于麻风溃疡、上呼吸道感染和疼痛等疾病,应根据患者病情发展,合理调整药物的剂量,增强用药的合理性,减少不良反应的发生,提高麻风病患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the medication use and trends of leprosy patients.Methods A total of 1278 drug prescriptions for leprosy patients were selected from January 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital leprosy hospital pharmacy,involving a total of 826 patients.The diagnosis of complications associated disease,the use of antibacterial(single use and combination)and anti-inflammatory drugs(non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)and irrational use of drugs of the study subjects were analyzed.Results The diseases with more incidences by clinical diagnosis were leprosy ulcers,upper respiratory tract infection and neuralgia.There were 826 cases of antibiotics use.Treatment with a single drug accounted for 79.30%of antimicrobial treatment,and combined drugs accounted for 20.70%.The diseases treated with many painful drugs were leprosy ulcer(55.21%),joint damage(32.43%)and leprosy eye disease(12.36%).A total of 92 patients had unreasonable medications,accounting for 11.13%of the total.The unreasonable situation of drug dose occurred most.Conclusion The patients in leprosy hospital mainly focus on leprosy ulcer,upper respiratory tract infection and pain.According to the patient's condition,the dosage of the drug should be adjusted reasonably,the rationality of drug use should be enhanced,the incidence of adverse reactions should be reduced,and the quality of life in leprosy patients should be improved.
