摘要 本文介绍了使用Aspen Adsorption软件及Langmuir吸附平衡方程模拟氢气纯化的变温变压动态吸附过程,并通过对旧吸附器的模拟结果进行分析,发现其存在吸附器循环使用效果差的问题,因此新装置设计时增大了吸附器的换热面积并优化了换热结构,其模拟结果显示,改进后的吸附器换热效果良好,吸附质能够完全脱附。 It was introduced that simulation of dynamic adsorption process of hydrogen purification with variable temperature and pressure by Aspen Adsorption software and Langmuir adsorption equilibrium equation in this paper. Through the analysis of the simulation results of the old adsorber,it was found that recycling effect of the adsorber was poor. Therefore,in the design of the new device,the heat exchange area of the adsorber was increased and the heat exchange structure was optimized,and simulation results had shown that the heat exchange effect of the improved adsorber was good,and adsorbate could be desorbed completely.
