摘要
从天然胶并用量、防老剂种类及硅铝氧烷用量对三元乙丙橡胶耐疲劳性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,选择5份天然橡胶并入三元乙丙橡胶,选用防老剂RD,加入4份硅铝氧烷制备的三元乙丙橡胶具备较好的力学性能、较低的压缩永久变形,同时提高了三元乙丙橡胶的耐疲劳性能。
The effects of types of antiager,dosage of NR and alumina-siloxane on the properties of EPDM were studied.The results showed that when 5 parts of NR and 4 parts of alumina-siloxane were added,the EPDM prepared by adding the antiager-RD had better properties of mechanical properties,lower compression permanent deformation and the resistance to fatigue was enhanced at the same time.
