摘要
大型矿用卡车悬挂油缸可靠性受到越来越多主机客户的关注,但现有试验台均无法模拟该类型油缸的实际运行工况。该文设计了大型矿卡用悬挂油缸工况模拟试验台,包括机械装置、液压系统和控制系统,并应用该试验台对悬挂油缸进行了工况模拟试验,达到了预期的效果,为出厂前检测大型矿用卡车用悬挂油缸的各项性能提供了有效的手段。
More and more customers pay attention to the reliability of suspension cylinders used on large mining truck,but this type cylinders working condition can t be simulated on existing test benchs.This paper designed a simulation working condition test bench for suspension cylinder used on large mining truck,including machinery,hydraulic system and conter systerm.This test bench was used,achieved the desired effect,and provided an effective means for testing the various performance of suspension cylinders used on large mining truck before delivery.
