2MW风力机液压变桨电液作动器系统设计与仿真研究 被引量:5

摘要 根据bladed风力机载荷计算软件得到2MW风力机叶片扭转载荷,设计了一种适用于统一变桨的变桨电液作动器系统,运用AMESim软件搭建机械系统、液压系统、电机控制及电子系统,通过将叶片随风速变化的实际载荷加载到机械系统中,仿真正常关桨(-2°~90°)和开桨(90°^-2°)、正常运行发电及紧急关桨工况,结果表明电液作动器系统在正常关桨和开桨、正常运行发电工况下可以平稳无超调的达到系统给定位置,在紧急关桨工况下可以在7 s内快速关桨,保证风力机运行安全。综上,电液作动器系统设计方案可行,能够满足2MW风力机统一变桨的变桨需求,为下一步试验平台搭建提供支持。 According to the bladed software,the blade load of 2MW wind turbine is calculated.A pitch electro-hydraulic actuator system suitable for unified pitch is designed.The mechanical system,hydraulic system,motor control and electronic system are built by AMEsim software.The actual load of wind speed operation is loaded into the mechanical system,and the normal operation of closing(-2°to 90°)and opening(90°to-2°),the normal operation of the power generation,and the emergency operation of closing are simulated.The results show that the electro-hydraulic actuator system is in the normal off-pitch and open-pitch,normal operation.under the working condition,the system can be set to a stable position without overshoot,and the pitch can be quickly closed within 10s under the emergency shut-off condition to ensure the safe operation of the wind turbine.In summary,it shows that the electro-hydraulic actuator system is designed reasonably and can meet the pitch requirements of 2MW unified pitch.
