摘要
目的探讨品管圈质量管理工具在降低本院门诊西药房调配差错中的作用。方法收集本院门诊西药房2018年8月至2019年1月期间处方调配差错,按照品管圈十大步骤进行计划、实施、确认和处置,以调配差错例数为活动成效衡量指标。结果通过本次品管圈活动,门诊西药房调配差错由原来的83件/周降低至45件/周,目标达成率92.70%,进步率45.80%。结论开展品管圈活动可降低门诊西药房调配差错例数,提升圈员解决问题能力及和谐度,提高患者用药安全。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality management tools of QCC on reducing the amount of prescription errors in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital.Methods QCC activity was conducted by ten steps and was applied in the planning,doing,checking,and disposing.The effect of QCC activity was evaluated by the amounts of preparation errors.Results According to QCC activity,the amount of preparation errors decreased from 83 to 45 per week.The targeted yield rate was 92.70%,while the progressed rate was 45.80%.Conclusion QCC activity not only reduces preparation errors in outpatient pharmacy,but also increases the staff’s ability to solve problems and enhances the QCC members’harmonious degree,and ensures the patients’safety of clinical medication.
