摘要
药源性血小板减少症临床较常见,但常因患者用药种类多,而难以分辨。本文以1例宫颈癌合并腰大肌脓肿患者治疗过程中出现严重血小板减少症为例,结合文献复习分析讨论,探寻药源性血小板减少症的原因及处置方法,以期为临床提供一定的参考。
Drug-induced thrombocytopenia(DITP)is common in clinic,but it is often difficult to distinguish because of the variety of drugs.Taking a patient with cervical cancer and psoas abscess who occurred thrombocytopenia during treatment for example,this paper analyzes and discusses the previous literature,so as to explore the causes and treatment of DITP,and to provide reference for clinical.
