摘要
目的调查了解糖尿病足患者就诊延误现状以及个体因素对其的影响。方法采取整群随机抽样方法,选取2019年6月1日至11月30日在本院内分泌科门诊就诊和/或住院的糖尿病足患者70例进行调查,了解患者就诊延误情况及其一般个人资料,对患者就诊延误原因排位以及个体因素与延误时间的相关性进行分析。结果70例糖尿病足患者就诊延误65例,延误率达92.86%,就诊延误原因从高至低前3位为:双足麻木症状加重未引起重视、未及时检查双足、留在家中自行处理;就诊延误时间(12.94±9.97)d;不同个体因素如年龄、性别、文化程度、居住地、经济收入、糖尿病病程等与就诊延误时间具有相关性,年老、男性、低学历、农村、低收入、病程长者,其诊延误时间较长(均P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者就诊延误情况严重,原因主要是未引起足够重视、未及时处理或处理不当,就诊延误与个体因素有关。临床护士制订的健康教育措施应具有针对性,并进行有效的交流,试图通过提高个体健康信念来提高患者求医的意愿,减少延误,及早治疗,提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the delay status of diabetic foot patients and the individual influencing factors.Methods Cluster random sampling method was adopted.From June 1,to November 30,2019,70 diabetic foot patients were selected for the investigation.To understand the patients'delay and general personal information,the delay reasons and the correlation between individual factors and delay time were analyzed.Results Among the 70 patients,65 were delayed,with a delay rate of 92.86%.The top three causes of delay in seeking medical treatment were as below:the aggravation of numbness symptom of their feet did not cause any attention,their feet were not checked in time,and they feet were treated at home by themselves.The average delay time was(12.94±9.97)days.Different individual factors,such as age,gender,education level,residence,economic income,and the course of diabetes,were related to the delay time.The elderly,male,ones with low educational background,ones lived in rural area,ones with low income,and ones with long disease course had longer delay time(all P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with diabetic foot are seriously delayed.The main reasons are no enough attention and not handled in a timely manner or improperly.The delay is related to individual factors.The health education measures formulated by clinical nurses should be targeted,and effective communication be made.This paper attempts to improve the patients'willingness to seeking medical treatment and the curative effect,to reduce delay,and to treat as soon as possible by promoting individual health belief.
