摘要
930E矿用卡车暖风系统是车辆能够正常行驶的一个重要辅助部件,其主要由暖风水箱、水阀、鼓风机以及控制面板所组成。本文针对卡车无暖风、暖风不热的故障现象,从暖风系统组成结构及其工作原理出发进行分析,最终得出导致该故障发生的原因主要有暖风水箱堵塞、冷却系统缺冷却液、节温器故障、水泵故障、发动机冷却系统有气阻、暖风主管路阀门未开启、水阀损坏、鼓风机损坏、控制面板冷热转换开关损坏、控制面板风道破裂。在具体的问题处理过程中逐项排查,从而避免了设备停机,提高了设备的出动率。
930E mining truck heating system is an important auxiliary component for the vehicle to run normally.It is mainly composed of a heating air tank,water valve,blower and control panel.This article analyzes the failure phenomenon of trucks without warm air and warm air.Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the warm air system,it is concluded that the main causes of this failure are the blockage of the warm water tank and the lack of coolant in the cooling system,Thermostat failure,water pump failure,air-cooling of the engine cooling system,heater main valve not open,water valve damage,blower damage,control panel hot and cold transfer switch damage,control panel air duct rupture.Examine them one by one in the specific problem handling process,thereby avoiding equipment downtime and improving the equipment availability rate.
