摘要
目的:观察并对比POCT血糖仪及全自动生化分析仪血糖检测结果。方法:选择2017年8月~2018年8月在本院收治并确诊的60例糖尿病患者作为研究对象。分别使用POCT血糖仪及全自动生化分析仪检测血糖。结果:POCT血糖仪检测的空腹血糖平均值、餐后血糖平均值、睡前7h血糖平均值分别为(6.35±2.49)mmol/L、(11.63±4.22)mmol/L和(7.62±3.62)mmol/L,全自动生化分析仪检测出的空腹血糖平均值、餐后血糖平均值、睡前7h血糖平均值分别为(7.14±2.66)mmol/L、(12.88±4.62)mmol/L和(8.23±3.77)mmol/L。POCT血糖仪检测出的血糖值普遍低于全自动生化分析仪检测出的血糖值,但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,观察结果可以在测较低血糖值时,POCT血糖仪测出的血糖值明显低于全自动生化分析仪测出的血糖值(P<0.05)。结论:POCT血糖仪测量血糖操作简单、方便、快捷,测量结果也较为准确,但在检测低血糖方面准确性不高,建议低血糖检测时使用全自动生化分析仪。
Objective:To observe and compare the blood glucose test results of POCT blood glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods:Sixty diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the research subjects.The blood glucose was measured by POCT blood glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer.Results:The average fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,and 7h blood glucose before bedtime were averaged by(6.35±2.49)mmol/L,(11.63±4.22)mmol/L,and(7.62±3.62)mmol/L,the average fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,and 7h blood glucose before bedtime are(7.14±2.66)mmol/L,(12.88±4.62)mmol/L,and(8.23±3.77)mmol/L.The blood glucose value detected by the POCT blood glucose meter is generally lower than that detected by the automatic biochemical analyzer,but the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).In addition,the observation results show that when the blood glucose level is lower,the blood glucose level measured by the POCT blood glucose meter is significantly lower than that measured by the automatic biochemical analyzer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The POCT blood glucose meter is simple,convenient,and fast to measure blood glucose,and the measurement results are more accurate,but the accuracy is not high in detecting hypoglycemia.It is recommended to use a fully automatic biochemical analyzer for low blood glucose detection.
