摘要
目的探究在对输尿管多发结石患者进行治疗时,应用经输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石术与气压弹道碎石术进行治疗的效果,分析两种方案的效果差异。方法该次研究实验时段设置为2016年9月—2019年4月整群选取该院中所有输尿管多发结石的患者资料进行统计分析,方便选取其中106例患者作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组与实验组后,单组样本量设置为53。分别为经输尿管镜钬激光手术(实验组)和气压弹道碎石术(对照组)。对比两组患者的各项指标,同时对患者进行治疗满意度调查。结果该次研究成果显示,对照组患者的手术时间和实验组相比更短,但留置尿管时间、膀胱冲洗时间均长于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而实验组患者的结石清除率为92.45%(49/53),对照组患者的结石清除率为90.57%(48/53),组间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.121,P=0.727)。实验组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气压弹道碎石术以及经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术,都能够应用于输尿管多发结石的治疗中,患者在治疗后都能够获得较好的结石清除率。其疗效明显更优,可以缩短患者的恢复时间,改善临床症状,还有助于提高治疗满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of ureteral holmium laser lithotripsy and pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in the treatment of patients with multiple ureteral calculi,and to analyze the difference between the two methods.Methods The experimental period of this study was set from September 2016 to April 2019.During this period,the individual data of all patients with multiple ureteral calculi in the hospital were statistically analyzed,and 106 patients were convenient selected as research subjects.Randomly After being divided into the control group and the experimental group,the sample size of the single group was set to 53.They were respectively treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser surgery(experimental group)and pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy(control group).The indicators of the two groups of patients were compared,and the patients were investigated for treatment satisfaction.Results The results of this study showed that the operation time of the control group was shorter than that of the experimental group,but the indwelling time and bladder irrigation time were longer than the experimental group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The stone removal rate was 92.45%(49/53)in the experimental group and 90.57%(48/53)in the control group.There was no significant difference between the groups(χ2=0.121;P=0.727).The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was obvious.Conclusion Both pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy and transureteral holmium laser lithotripsy can be used in the treatment of multiple ureteral calculi,and patients can obtain better stone clearance after treatment.The curative effect is significantly better,which can shorten the recovery time of patients,improve clinical symptoms,and also help improve treatment satisfaction.
