摘要
目的探讨管床制与目标教学法在护理专业学生新生儿科临床实习教学中联合应用的效果。方法 2014年1-12月35名全日制护理本科实习生,在新生儿科实习期间接受将目标教学法与管床制教学法相结合的新型临床实习带教模式(新模式)为观察组,将在儿科实习时接受传统带教模式(旧模式)作为对照。实习结束后,组织出科考试、临床能力的自我评价和关于带教模式满意度调查。结果观察组的出科理论考试成绩,操作考试成绩,一般护理操作技能、评判性思维能力、组织管理能力、交流沟通能力、满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但在科研能力方面观察组与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将目标教学法与管床制教学法结合的带教方法能加深护士对理论知识的理解,培养应用理论知识解决临床实际问题的能力,能提高护生的评判性思维能力和组织管理能力,护生满意度高,适合在护理临床实习教学中推广使用。但在临床带教过程中如何提高学生的科研能力还有待进一步研究。
Objective To explore the effect of combined application of tube bed system and target teaching method in clinical practice teaching of neonatal department of nursing students.Methods From January to December 2014,35 full-time nursing undergraduate interns received a new clinical practice teaching mode(new model)combining the target teaching method with the tube-bed teaching method during the neonatal internship.In the pediatric internship,the traditional teaching mode(old mode)was accepted as a control group.After the internship,organize examinations,self-evaluation of clinical abilities,and satisfaction surveys on the teaching mode.Results Observation group's theoretical examination results,operational examination results,general nursing operation skills,critical thinking ability,organizational management ability,communication ability,and satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).However,compared with the control group,the observation group had no significant difference in scientific research ability(P>0.05).Conclusion The teaching method combining target teaching method and tube bed teaching method can deepen the nurse's understanding of theoretical knowledge,cultivate the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to solve clinical practical problems,and improve the critical thinking ability and organizational management ability of nursing students.Nursing students have high satisfaction and are suitable for popularization and use in nursing clinical practice teaching.However,how to improve students'scientific research ability in the process of clinical teaching needs further study.
