摘要
目的探讨安全预警机制应用于小儿尿道下裂围术期护理的效果。方法选择2017年6月至2019年6月我院收治的小儿尿道下裂患者80例,根据盲抽法将其分为两组,各40例。对照组患儿采用常规围术期护理,在此基础上,观察组患儿采用安全预警机制护理,末次护理后,比较两组精神状态、安全预警评分及意外发生情况。结果干预前,两组患儿精神状态、安全预警评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、安全预警评分均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组尿床、摔倒、坠床发生率均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿尿道下裂围术期护理中采用安全预警机制护理,可提高患儿的精神状态和患儿和其家长的危险意识,减少意外情况发生。
Objective To explore the effect of safety early warning mechanism in perioperative nursing of children with hypospadias.Methods 80 cases of children with hypospadias admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected, and they were divided into two groups according to the blind extraction method, 40 cases each. The children in the control group received routine perioperative nursing, on this basis, the children in the observation group received safety warning mechanism nursing, and after the last nursing, the mental state, safety warning score and accident occurrence of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in mental state and safety warning scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) score, Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) score and safety warning score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The incidence of bed-wetting, falling and falling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of safety early warning mechanism in perioperative nursing of children with hypospadias can improve the mental state of children and the risk awareness of children and their parents, and reduce the occurrence of accidents.
