2型糖尿病患者血清总胆红素水平和糖尿病肾病发生相关性分析 被引量:2

Correlation analysis between serum total bilirubin levels and the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血清胆红素水平与糖尿病肾病发生和发展的相关性。方法选择2017年1月至2019年1月在本院诊治的400例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,依据尿白蛋白/肌酐比值(albumin to creatinine ratio,ACR)水平分为3组,比较分析各组患者基本信息及胆红素水平,分析ACR与相关指标的相关性以及糖尿病肾病的影响因素。结果3组研究对象ACR水平随着血清直接胆红素和总胆红素水平值的增高而下降,各组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析,尿白蛋白/肌酐比值和血清总胆红素水平值呈负相关,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析,血清中高水平的总胆红素对罹患糖尿病肾病具有保护效应(P<0.05)。结论尿白蛋白/肌酐比值与总胆红素水平呈负相关,机体胆红素水平的降低和糖尿病肾病发生、发展密切相关。
